Thought I'd post a couple sneak-peeks (with the artist's permission, of course) of work-in-progress on a special back-up story to be featured in my upcoming HALLOWEEN LEGION graphic novel.
Illustrated by the tirelessly talented artist Diana Leto of Sesame Street, it's an autobiographical tale of my first experience with Trick 'R Treat when I was six years old. This spooky real-life adventure indirectly inspired the creation of my HALLOWEEN LEGION many years later and, I suppose, it's sort of my own origin as well.
The kid with the Frankenstein Monster mask is me and the Skeleton and Devil are my older brothers Wayne and Rick. From Sequential Pulp/Dark Horse Comics.
