Illustrator Diana Leto's wickedly witty entry in the THE 2013 EUSTACE TILLEY NEW YORKER CONTEST.
The contest requires artists to create their own version of the original 1925 New Yorker first issue cover by Eustace Tilley. Diana's slyly humorous take is inspired by the botched Christ fresco, which was a hot news item this year.
She calls her entry "ECCE TILLEY DE NOVI YORKER."
Best of luck, Diana!
