Last Friday while attending the book-signing at the MEMO conference, I learned to my great surprise that my THE TALL TALE OF PAUL BUNYAN is a finalist for the 2010 Moonbeam Children's Book Award!
Of all my children's books, now numbering over twenty volumes, my Paul Bunyan story is my favorite. Special thanks to artist Aaron Blecha, editor Donald Lemke, designer Bob Lentz, editorial director Michael Dahl, and Stone Arch Books for their help in making this such a beautiful book.
Sure hope we win!
